Typical power-network packages are designed and tested to less than 2 Ω; specific targets are set from the soil resistivity study and the consultant's specification.

Yes — material approval requests, soil resistivity and earthing calculations, shop drawings and grounding layouts, and acceptance test documentation.
What are typical payment terms?
